Afternoon Tea Outfit Details

I fell in love with this dress when I saw it. The color, the cut, the back of the dress, the only problem was it was petite. I bought it anyways and have yet taken it to the tailors to get altered. But I couldn't pass it up wearing it to afternoon tea. As I mentioned last week, we attended afternoon tea with all the girls in the family that were in town. (High Heels and Tutus) will be joining us hopefully in the future. But after our tea we walked around The Grand America's garden which is lovely. I had my little niece snap of photos of my outfit to showcase this gorgeous dress.

I have been super busy with a ton of different things lately that sometimes my blog only gets attention 3 times a week, but my instagram usually gets more attention.  I've become obsessed with thrifting lately, I think I need to put myself on a budget or no spending for a period of time.  I think the budget sounds better then not spending for a period of time.  But I wanted to share some of my latest finds and how I've been styling them.  If your not following me on instagram go start now!

This was yesterdays look.  I felt like I needed to bring spring into my life plus I really wanted an excuse to wear these bright pink pants which was a find lately.  The purse, sweater, pants, and one of the button ups were thrift finds.

The other day I came across this Dooney & Bourke bag and took it to Nordstroms right away to see if its authentic. Which they say it is. I will have to check with a real dealer when I am near one but at the time being I will take Nordstroms word for it, Yeah!!

Heels on a Swing

I can't get enough of my thrift finds. I find it to be a sport. I love just going and digging through these stores. Weird considering that I use to hate digging through stores like Ross and TJ Maxx. I guess when you start to grow up your likes and dislikes change.

I think I was having a little to much fun with this post and swinging around.
