In October 2011 there was major flooding in Cinque Terre, unfortunately the pathway from Manarola to Corniglia was partially destroyed and your required to take the train from city to city. We wanted to make a goal of hiking to all the cities. At the end of the day though I am glad that certain parts we were required to take the train, went faster and saved my energy. haha
When we got off the train this is what I saw, gorgeous.
This city was much higher on the cliffs and didn't really have ocean access, but the view was gorgeous.
Clark is kind of shy, he requires everyone else to have their portraits taken by him but then doesn't return the favor so we like to torture him and take lots of pictures like this.
I am in love with these cities and the architecture to them. I think the little balconies and the shutters are gorgeous. I wouldn't mind having this little window as well.
